Moved house and living in Toowoomba on the Darling Downs in Queensland - where the weather is much colder - no longer sub tropical.
Will be back soon to post pictures of our new house and the town in general. My computer died and I hate to think I have lost all my photos and worst of all, my patterns! Serve me right for not backing up everything!
Any ideas on how to save all the stuff on my hard drive?

thank God you're fine:)
I have sent you e-mails got no reply, checked your blog everyday for any move and I was concerned about you so much...
I think my husband will try to help you for your computer
adem kisses you grandma :)
Was wondering where you had disappeared to.
I back up everything to CD's. Patterns, Pictures Etc.
Makes it much easier.
Hope the move went well and that you are settling in.
There are a couple of programs that can be used to restore stuff of the hard drive. I used one to restore photos of our trip to Coffs Harbour, of my daughter brushing the dolphin's teeth, I accidentally deleted. Got them all back. You will have to pay for it to get a good one, but they are supposed to work well.
Question from me, I'm at Gordon Park, Brisbane's north side, and I'm trying to find some wool tops or roving for felting, but the closest store I can find is Sherwood. Do you know of any others this side of town? I've recently moved up from melbourne.
Hurry back! You are certainly missed!
I miss your posts and pics!! (O: Do I need to come waay over there and help you un-pack? Just say the word!

Hi there! Flash drives rock. You can get them pretty cheaply and they hold a heap.
Shelley, you're about 20 minutes down the road from me. I don't know if you've found it yet, but there's a huge Spotlight store at Everton Park on South Pine Road which should have everything you need. :)
